Swampdog, a covers band who play with great talent and intuition in their particular style of music, they are a progressive rock, country rock and funk rock band. They are right here from Whitwell, and are particularly loved for being a covers band who do not play all the regular covers that you would normally hear from most other bands in this area.

Ian Clay: Guitars, Harmonica, Backing Vocal
Mr Michael Fullwood: Bass, Backing Vocal
Swampdog have been on the social scene since 2012 and their fan base is rapidly growing fast. They have played in numerous locations and venues and played Whitwell’s annual music festival in 2012, 2013 & 2014, because they gave such a great atmosphere and the audience loved them so much.
This should give you an idea how good the boys in Swampdog really are, they not only give off such good vibrations when they are playing live on stage that they are always guaranteed to make the audience whistle, shout and scream for an encore, but they are also a friendly bunch of individuals who really want to get to know their audience and find out what they want, so that when you go to see them again they will be sure to be bigger and better than they were the last time that you saw them.
