Pilates is an exercise programme of 34 moves designed for strength and mobility and provides a full body workout.

Seamless transitions thread the exercises together so that your body is constantly in motion and your muscles are constantly working.

Your morning “time for myself” class getting away from the weekend busyness.

A stretchy, challenging and relaxing 45-minute full-body workout, starting with an 8-minute warm-up, followed by exercises working your core, glutes, mobility of the spine and upper body, finishing with stretches; you’ll feel energised.
