Guided Meditation Sessions
Do you struggle to switch off? Are you in need of some quiet time?
Most people don’t take time to relax and this can cause anxiety and stress levels to rise.
Join me for weekly meditation sessions where I will guide you through relaxation and visualisation exercises.
Not sure it’s for you? Come along and give it a go – there’s no obligation.
Sessions are £5 per person and include a cup of herbal tea at the end of the meditation to ease you back into your routine.
